Hynpotherapy NLP Life Coaching EFT and The Lightning Process

Hypnosis, NLP and EFT show time and again that knowing how to operate our bodyminds is the key to removing the obstacles to our goals. Unconscious habits get in the way of success. Learning to unlock this potential and live the life you love is the goal of these amazingly effective procedures. They can help you make the changes you need.

Kieron is no stranger to the powers of the mind’s interaction with the body. As a child he suffered a debilitating blood phobia which no doctor could explain. He overcame this gradually through mind training and self hypnosis. After a long struggle with intermittent depression, anxiety and nervous breakdowns, he has emerged armed and ready to help others. His experience has included a variety of jobs: stage management, small business, editing, journalism, teaching English, personal tutoring and mentoring of people with learning needs. He has always been interested in personal development and helping to unlock anyone's hidden potential.

Kieron is a trained Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Life Coach with a very calming, reassuring and enthusiastic approach. He is committed to being confidential, understanding, and working on helping each client to find answers, to overcome anything that might be holding them back. He understands the many common stresses and tensions that continually bombard us all. Sessions are aimed at achieving deep relaxation in order to focus on your major goals. In some cases, this can be done effectively by phone sessions. In other cases, it would mean several individual sessions. The Lightning Process is also available.

He has a special interest in recovering expression and overcoming blocks to creativity. This unique approach uses a combination of tools from Hypnotherapy, NLP, and EFT and makes use of restorative clearing and visualisation and writing techniques that help get effective results.
